The other night I was watching the news like I do when I can.

I don’t spend a lot of time on TV, mostly because I’m a busy person with a life. My DVR is full, because of that…even on bedrest, I found other things to do.

At any rate, I was watching the ABC News and saw several things about the “remarkable” and “life saving” health care package I keep hearing about.

I got very angry, which isn’t something I like to do especially on Christmas Eve when my children are home, however anger is a needed emotion…

By living within my life I've learned on my path there are two basic kinds of anger.

Anger that motivates one to be stupid or smart

Anger is different from fear, so remember to not get them mixed up.

…In my life I have learned that anger that teaches one lessons, and technically are some of the bumps in the road of our lives that we need to learn how to get around, over, or through. …and I get that. Then there is the kind of anger that usually has to do with something in my life that I can’t control. Like my illness, it makes me angry. …I’m constantly reminding myself, that there is nothing I can do to change it.

As one of the many uninsured in The USA, health care is way more than a want…it is truly a need.

However creating a Bill of this magnitude on a deadline is ignorant, Mr. President. You took three months to determine whether or not you would send more troops to Afghanistan…and took a lot of heat for taking time to make that decision. Which is why I’m questioning this…

How dare a deal be made with a state removing them from responsibility of taxes to gain a Senatorial vote?

Seems just a bit more than corrupt and negligent on the part of the Senators involved to me, and I’m certain many others.

Coupled with the reality that when asked, all but one of the Senators admitted they actually had read the entire bill as they are getting ready to make a vote on affecting millions of lives, don’t you think it’s time to rethink the deadline you have imposed upon yourself, Sir…especially since these choices will affect more than the current living generations of citizens of your Nation.

Coupled with the deliberate ignoring of the People who are speaking out against this hardship you are putting on us, who are already facing great hardship by our already failing economy and the nature of the Legislation that is and has come out of DC for many years. You need to listen to your people. Because your People are speaking.

Now, to those of you who agree, or were unaware, and I’m inspiring you to take a legitimate look at the reality that is being imposed upon you.

You need to get involved and we all need to vote out the incumbents sitting in those chairs who are not listening to your voices. Because there is obviously no care for you, or your family, or how hard you work, or what you give….by the actual reality that so few actually read the Bill. Because if they cared for you, that would have been their priority.

I did an interview the other night, going into it without a lot of preparation is, and was what it was.

I have stated both here and before that IMO we need to take a hardcore look at why we’re paying a middleman (Insurance) for health care. The doctor’s are providing a service, and it’s the only service industry that has a middleman that can bully both you and your doctors into doing what they demand. Not what is best to support you, or your families care, or for doctors who could be accepting cash patients and buying their own gear, like every other industry is required to do.

It seems to me that it’s in a doctors best interest to eliminate insurance pay patients since they are actually making more by working directly with cash, and cash paying patients. …and it’s a guarantee of income, when most insurance companies are behind on payments and are questioning many of the payments they are making, since so many people now fall under pre-existing. Even if they are only charging ½ what they would, by accepting cash, they are making a higher percentage of what they actually should be making, once every hand that reaches in their pots are paid. It costs a lot of overhead to support an office. I get it from the perspective of being a business owner.

By charging or levying a tax as a fine for small business owners to carry insurance they can’t use for four years, and by an administration that may very be voted out before this “Law” by our Federal Government actually goes into effect is putting undue stress on the American Public that wants to believe there is still an American Dream…because from our perspective it feels like we are being kicked to the curb and told screw you. While young men and women fight and die for that very ideal. Has to be against the law morally if not legitimately anymore…because God knows how many laws those lying carpet baggers in Washington DC have rewritten just in this Bill alone.

The other day I got an invitation to participate in a medical study …to get my health care for the next four years free…however I couldn’t ask any information about what the study was or who was involved. Now when I put my life in someone’s hands I believe I should have a right to know who’s experimenting on me, and why. Not in the USA, folks. It’s called a blind study. So basically they have turned human beings into lab rats…and we allowed that. Do you think PETA would speak out for us?...They sure get upset about animal testing. What about human testing, especially when it could actually diminish your life or in some cases take it. Because you signed up for it…You have no legal rights, and your family has no right to restitution.

Can anyone tell me what might be wrong with that reality?

I so agree. Every system will have disgruntled people because we’re human. There will always be mistakes in medicine no matter who is doing it and no matter what system under which they are doing it. I work for a medical school, and last year we had a Canadian in our fellowship program and this year a Brit, along with the various people I know from both countries, and they LOVEtheir healthcare systems! I think your use of "line" is a poor turn of phrase people will pounce on without consider what you really mean. There is no more a "line" in those system than there is here while you wait for a claims adjuster to decide *IF*, not when, you’re going to get the treatment that was recommended by someone with a solid decade more education than they have. I agree…and something needs to be done.

Of course those in power with the decision to make will beat it to death until the People are tired of hearing about it, and no longer care, leaving us with more hardship, and less than we would have had, by those who were elected to be our voices.

And yet would rather sell us, the People out, to suit their power and control coupled with obvious financial gain.

Because when jobs are gone in the private sector, the available jobs are in military, since they rarely turn folks away…and we now have a war on our soil.

Especially since Fort Hood…and many people are left with no choice because they have to support themselves and/or their families needs.

Face the facts folks…I know it was easier to hide out at the mall sipping your latte, rather than paying attention to reality around you. …and all that has done is cost our Nation.

It is inexcusable, our dollar is worth nothing, and our children have fallen so far behind educationally by a lack of actual participation in the world around you, and a willingness to refuse to see your own ignorance because in your delusional minds, you are just following the examples set around you, since it’s easier than thinking for yourselves.

Please wake up and bring our Nation back together for our People and Our future in this world, please. Just wake up.

Concern about the ways laws are manipulated for certain groups in ways that affect the well being of both themselves and their families…while another group is allowed free reign. …and there are real reasons Health Care is a Women’s issue and it has more to do with a woman’s choice than the act of abortion ever will.

I’ve been rebuilding my computers because of a hacking problem that’s pretty well known reality around the SNL cast, just ask.

…and because you know me, you also know I just had a hysterectomy two weeks ago, it’s a real pain for me to have to keep rebuilding my computers just to be able to upload my website with both a new blog about my surgery and it’s reality, and the work I’ve been doing on bedrest and since I literally have four months of writing and Art to resize and upload to simpletownUSA.com …and it’s really unfair because it affects my professional productivity, which in turn affects my bottomline…and all told, compromises my ability to earn my income.

I would like the games to stop and Ms. Palin publically shown for the reality she is, and what she truly stands for.

That would make my day. …and Armageddon might give peace a chance, since 60% of my Nation worships God without church.

And rightwingnuts with power and control who need to be reigned in, need to be reigned in…because corruption is corruption.

I have painted for twenty years, though I started my adult life behind a microphone as a DJ who spun vinyl on the air, and we had to take a written test to get a license to talk on a microphone back then.

It was when I began working with animators as a voice talent, I found a group that fit my heart…although my work is not as an animator, my training and professional focus is learning traditional technique in a day and age when computers are the answer to everything. Art is the path I’ve walked for 20 years.

I have to admit I caved and am learning this new medium called computer technology…though I will admit it is a love/hate acceptance of technology that my Mentors drag me kicking and screaming into :) …and they will tell you that.

After having lived in Chicago for five years, when I moved to mayberry I thought the mayberry I found was forward thinking enough to at best understand and respect me and my voice, I found I was sadly mistaken…

In the actual mayberry I lived in for 10 years, also lives a very wealthy and very scary anti-abortionist. Who is most likely pretty racist too…and he and his good o’le boys think they control the laws, because many of them are law enforcement.

Atlanta and it’s surrounding suburban area’s are a racially diverse place, and if you ever spend any time here, you will learn that…

My experience of racism is more from the perspective of the racist religious profiling that is rampant here, because I am outspoken about my faith without religion…and I use yoga and meditation as exercise.

Both of which are well within my rights as a Natural Born Citizen who was born in the back of an Army Jeep…(true story), on Easter Sunday 1969 at midnight to a Roman Catholic Fundamentalist Mother who freaked out about my actual time of birth, and date…if there is any group I can criticize with real life perspective, it would be that one…because I was ex-communicated for divorcing my abuser…and my mother doesn’t approve of my work, I learned to not let that be my problem.

I look at obstacles in my life as challenges we all face…I have never felt the need for oh, woa is me…I prefer to make lemon-aide from the lemons life tosses my way…and we all have stories to tell. This latest challenge really threw me for a loop…and I came very close to being one of the 45,000 that die due to lack of health care…

And we (my current/final and 3rd husband) are paying out of pocket for mine. Because the same group of doctors I mentioned before also deemed me uninsurable 10 years ago.

…and as much as I believe there is an answer to health care, my reality is one that knows when laws are written, so are back doors …and I don’t have enough confidence in the insurance industry to stick to a law that requires them to support pre-existing conditions. No matter how much they voice that issue as being resolved with this health care package.

…and when I had to have heart surgery in 2000, the same group of doctors stopped hiring me so I could pay them for my care, thus ruining my credit, a hurdle to me, and one many Americans face today.

And I still had to support my child, so I went to school to learn computers, and got a start. Another obstacle happened that can be tied to the afore mentioned group from at least three separate directions all ending up at the anti-abortionist that controls that area. I have since moved to another part of Atlanta and love it…so not all of mayberry is bad…you just have to do some serious research about the demographics of the area you are interested in, and that would be the best advice I can give you in finding a mayberry that fits you.

To me…the key to me is breath…because in breath, there is life, and in life, there is always creation.

…and I’ll never stop creating…

My amazing, lifesaving doctor (who is truly a hero), Dr. Bailey of NE GA Medical Center, and his partners are working very hard to save women like me from what I went through…cleared me yesterday to work in my studio again…with cautionary awareness of myself…

…because he knows that when I’m in my groove, the world around me disappears and my world becomes the work I am creating at that moment. I lose track of time and anything my body needs…so my husband is on notice to keep an eye on me while I heal.

My works are for sale, 100% of my original of ‘The Eagle’ will be donated to flood relief through The United Way…and once I have secured some level of publicity for the auction.

…I will begin the auction. Most of my works when sold donate a minimum of 20% to various programs supporting various causes.

…I also commit 10% of all future merchandising of all my work to various programs aiding people who are in need.

I do that, because I know what I do is a gift and for me to be selfish and keep it all for me, goes against my truth and the artist I am.

Again, Thank you…I look at it from the perspective of we all have gigs to do, mine just happens to be creating art with my hands, by the concepts that stir me to create the art I make, that also makes a difference in anyway it can.

After making that statement I went online and United Way, Atlanta isn’t part of Mission Fish and Ebay…I keep seeing awesome programs working with people still displaced by the recent flooding with WSBTV, Atlanta. I believe the money from the auction needs to go to those programs.

I must admit again to be on the outside of the culture engaged in watching the train wreck called John and Kate + eight. Why? …it makes no sense to me why these faux stars get air time let alone the salaries to support such insanity…when there are so many creative and innovative new projects working to find development by independents who don’t follow the reality trough.

I have never and will never have a need to watch Kate + eight or it’s predecessor…

That being said I move on to Fox.

I will also admit, though a die hard independent …I lean right because I also own my own business and have for 20 years… so I believe in The American Way.

However…the racist hate spewed on Fox at the expense of our sitting President is immoral and ridiculous and mostly coming from the hot air bags you mentioned in your above article.

…The thought of seeing his cankles is frightening, and I’m sorry but I won’t be looking to make my eyes bleed by finding a replay on you-tube or anywhere else for that matter.

How and why do these people become celebrities? There is no real talent there. …and certainly no real news.

We need to wake up as a Nation and take a look around us because there is a lot that needs real attention and support…and supporting ignorance and hate is no way to truly live.

As I am sharing with you the communication between myself and President Obama. ...and I got to thinking, I haven't painted since the 27th of July...what you don't know is that I'm drawing on bedrest whenever possible, and because of the photo upload process and my bedrest restrictions, I haven't had a chance to upload that work.

Dear President Obama,

I had some questions presented to me this morning about how I was intending to divide the sales to different charities.

ebay has Giving Works...

When I set up the auction I set up the percentages of donation to each charity. That will allow me to give 20% of this sale to America's Promise.

It's what I did in 2007, when I attempted to auction it then.

I also contacted America's Promise. They were made fully aware of The Eagle then.

My expectation is that the charities actually do their part with the money they are given.

I'm contacting friends of mine with the Salvation Army because I know they are on the ground.

Today is September 25, and I received a response from Our President.

This is my response back:

Dear President Obama,

I am a commercial fine artist in Atlanta. I recently sent you my website simpletownUSA.com and you thanked me for the work that I am doing to get a spotlight on healthcare and fair treatment.

As you know my City and it's suburban area's were devastated by the flooding this week.

I have lived in Gwinnett county for approximately four years, and have lived primarily in the State of GA for the last 15 years. I have lived in the area's you just declared a disaster zone. My husband and I briefly lived in Florida for work, and realized Georgia is home. We chose the north east side of Atlanta to get a different perspective. ....and we like it here.

I have found a surgeon and a hospital that my husband and I know we can trust and would like to work with here.

That says a lot, given the run around's and dead ends in health care and fair treatment I've personally experienced for many years.

In 2007 I did a painting representing our Nation coming forward from a terrible tragedy. It's called The Eagle. You can actually see it's process on my website. I painted The Eagle, not for me...but rather as a Patriotic American watching my People hurt. ...and I painted it for my Nation. So in my eyes, it belongs to my Nation.

I know you know I call Chicago home too, it's where I began my business, PennDragon Studios.

I'm not sure if you know that I also call Iowa home...because that's where I grew up. ...and Cedar Falls, Waterloo, and Cedar Rapids where I was raised were also devastated by floods ... some of them folks are still waiting for FEMA checks. ...and so are folks in New Orleans and I since believe in solutions....

I got to thinking, what can I as an artist do to help my People?

I painted The Eagle for The People of My Nation, and I believe that profits from the sale of the original belong to The People.

Because I can choose where the sale is allocated...I would like to give 100% of my profits for auction of my original through ebay to My People who have experienced the devastating floods in my home areas of GA and IA as well as those still waiting for relief in the Gulf Costal region of New Orleans.

I am willing to work with any of the charities that are on the ground working directly with People who are and will be affected by this for a very long time.

I had allocated it to Colin Powell's program America's Promise...and there are quite a few schools out that way that really and truly need help...so I'd like 20% of the sale to still support America's Promise by helping them help the schools that need funding to be rebuilt at a time when budgets are stretched to the limit.

I will set up the auction after we speak again, as I know you will respond to me.

Per my health situation. I am very ill, and am working out arrangements to get the surgery I need to save my life. I have a prolapsed uterus, and am on restricted bedrest until my surgeon tells me otherwise.

I will continue to keep you posted on my health and well being.

Today is Sept. 6, 2009

Dear President Obama,

I am stuck on bedrest while a team of doctors in Chicago determine if the tests results they were actually sent are mine. And what is causing or did cause my actual physical symptoms.

I live in Atlanta, and because I am uninsurable. I have pre-existing health conditions that put me in a position that forced my lack of actual insurance, and I can't get an actual doctor to treat me locally...my cervix is collapsing into my vaginal canal. The Gyn I went to hurt me with the speculum and then told me "I don't know what to do, good luck" sent me home with a home cath system...yet charged me $235.

For nearly five years I have saved to get mri's done, because I am an artist and those who control the wealth here don't believe what I do is important enough to pay me a reasonable wage to support my life. And I am a white artist in a market that the color of skin still matters. Only now it's from a different perspective.

My clients are Doctors...They all had access to my medical and financial information because I know how they are...they were my clients for over 10 years...and I have documented proof of that.

I needed mri's to prove that what is currently happening is not related to a fall from a ladder I took in 2002 while doing my job as a muralist.

I have now proven that reality so I contacted friends and clients in Chicago and Iowa where I grew up and we are getting ready to licence my work so I can pay for the health care I need because I can't wait for a bill to pass.

I ask God every day for the peace of mind forgiveness brings while I wait and pray for my life.

Today is July 25, 2009...

I have been working out how I wanted to approach this blog for the last week so here it is:

I keep hearing one side call my Nation a Republic ....and those specific folks call Democrats, Socialists...
...and yet it's those folks who want to take away my right to privacy, kinda eye opening, ain't it?

...and then I think to myself, aren't most Communist Nations, Republics?

And the Democrats are really good with blame and victimizations....and in the process of that they waste a lot of time, and that just kinda pisses me off ....because when you waste time, you waste money.

I've always thought my Nation is neither a Democracy or a Republic...but rather, a balance of both mixed in with a lot of other stuff...Independents, Libertarians, and quite a few other parties who rarely get their voices heard.

We are People of many voices, with the rights to speak our truths, and live our lives by how we chose to walk our paths...some of us don't want the responsibility of our own thing...for others of us, having our own thing is all we know...and we have a right to be that way...because this is The USA.

We need to stand up as a People and call these folks out...they are getting paid a lot of money to write the laws that will and do affect the quality of our lives, how our money is allocated, and to where. ...and I am tired of watching them piss the last 200 + years and all the Soldiers who still fight today and have fought and died for Our Freedoms ...into the wind.

Why is my President planning a vacation instead of dealing with making Our Voices Heard to Our Congress and Senate. And Why are Our Elected Officials doing everything they can to throw up smoke screens instead of working this crap out.

What is with this world? ...because I would really like to know.

Today is June 30, 2009

...I know this month I have seemed distant. I have had a lot of distractions pulling me away from my studio.

My adult son and his girlfriend moved in. Unfortunately I had to ask her to leave, and he went with her.

I am a stickler for walking a walk if you talk a talk...and she isn't.

...and that's not my problem, because he is an adult capable of making his own decisions.

I feel like I was set up to fail for my son. And yet he is a 22 year old man who made a choice, and he is unwilling to listen to reason.

He gave me an impossible choice to make, twice...and this time it was his choice to choose.

Today is May 28, 2009…

I wanted to write this blog last night, and was so exhausted…that I made the decision it could wait.

We had two of my daughter’s friends over for a slumber party…we watched Nanny McPhee, and played with bubbles in the back yard, and painted lots of paintings, washable Crayola water colors Rock :)
…an enjoyable evening was had by all.

After entertaining and keeping productively occupied three little girls for the evening …many of you can understand why I waited until this morning to work.

I have been dealing with insurance this week.

Of course the car insurance was due…so I had to call Travelers to take care of that business.

I like Travelers Insurance Company, they are North American based and so far have and/are providing excellent service. I was looking over my policy, as I do from time to time, prior to making the call, and had several questions I needed to verify with a professional service agent.

Speaking with Miss Jamie, I immediately recognized she was very knowledgeable and patient in listening to my concerns…and she helped me adjust my policy to suit the needs of our family.

Thank you Miss Jamie, and Traveler’s Insurance Company for correctly training your customer service professionals.

I am also researching medical insurance coverage, (why I do this, I don’t know…because I continue to get the same answers time and time again, but WTF… because Susi Orman says it’s important and responsible for me to have insurance for my family)

In 2000 I was deemed uninsurable due a correctable heart defect that was triggered by the legitimate medicine I was taking for my Osteo Arthritis that I have from the level of ladder and scaffold work an interior design artist or in the entertainment industry a "charge" artist does. The difference is that my work is permanent until the next time it is painted in my client’s homes, unlike a charge artist’s work which is changed every time the set is changed, and would not be considered permanent.

…since 2000, I have hit every marker for a diagonosis of M.S. or Cancer or Parkinson’s, so my husband and I are saving for a series of MRI’s to confirm the reality of what I am actually facing, and since I am getting sicker everyday it is becoming urgent for my family to have this knowledge.

…M.S. being the least of the three evils, I pray that is what I have.

I spoke with an awesome Aflac Agent…
Tonya actually came to my home, and thoroughly explained the programs they have and the costs of those programs. Now my husband and I are both exempt by default from most of their programs, as he has diabetes... it’s type 2 and we are working on getting him in a position of managing his health so he will have the least amount of intervention and longterm issues as possible…however the diagnosis alone exempts him from most insurance programs in the USA under the current structure we have.

and with my diagnosis of what is proven wrong with me, I am ineligible for all but one program Aflac offers. That is not Miss Tonya's fault...it just is as it is in my Nation today.

I would love to work with Miss Tonya…and my concern is rightful in that we will be paying for something we won’t ever be able to use…to me it’s been easier to pay the bills directly…because at least there I know I am getting what I am paying for, and I am not paying into a coffer I won't ever be able to gain anything from.

This blog started out as a blog about insurance, and then a situation happened last night and this morning that really upset me…to say I was angry, is an understatement.

We have natural gas service to our home, as many folks do. I live about 45 miles northeast of Atlanta, GA USA. Two days ago I called my gas company, which is a local city government to a city that is 20 miles away from me, and not the city I live in, to pay my gas bill because I knew it was due…

At the time, I could not get on the computer to pay online as I typically would do because my son, who is in college, was taking a test…we have one internet connection…like many families who monitor the internet for their children.

…so I called the City of Buford customer service line and asked to pay my bill.

I was told by the agent that my bill had been paid on the 10th, and I only owed $30 and change due June 10th…I was grateful…it’s been a busy month, and I had paid several bills on/around the 10th…so I thought, well maybe I paid it and forgot…and hung up the phone.

…then got distracted by my kids…and getting supper together, doing all the things that moms do.

We went to get the kids cleaned up and ready for bed last night, (slumber party with three little girls)…and low-and-behold we had no hot water…Now remember, I had called to pay that bill more than 24 hours prior to us being disconnected.

IMO…I was lied to by the City of Buford’s Customer Service agent…because she had verified my account, and knew by the screen she obviously saw…that we would be cut off the next day.

Personally I feel that it was done deliberately to get reconnection fees…with no regard for my family, or our situation.

To me that is corruption…and I’ll tell you why.

When we moved here more than three years ago, and knowing that my state has utility deregulation to protect me from monopolies like The City of Buford…I questioned why they were my only choice aside from putting a propane tank in my back yard, when I live in an area that is built up from a construction perspective.

I live in a fully developed suburb of Atlanta…though my neighborhood has homes on aprox. one acre lots…we have multiple subdivisions all around us that have ¼ acre lots, and are full of homes…and I know the utility services had to be built up to support that level of construction.

I worked in high end construction for the past 20 years…I know what it takes to put in a subdivision. Especially one on the level that is across the street from my neighborhood.

According to the covenants in my neighborhood, I can put in a propane tank…however to run the line to my house, it will have to cross my septic system…and it would be a lot more than my family should face when I already have natural gas lines coming to my home.

All of the neighbors I have discussed this situation with over the last three years, agree that we are being bent over and abused in really uncomfortable way by The City Of Buford for our gas service …because every one of us has had issues with customer service, and they charge 30-50 cents per therm more than any other service aside from propane in the state. Believe me, we (my neighbors and I) have all done our research.

My understanding of the laws that are in place to Protect The People of my Sovereign Nation from this level of abuse, lets me know that what they are doing is technically illegal.

By controlling a monopoly over us and forcing out any competing services, they are breaking the Law.

I will say that as I am typing this they are turning my gas on, I paid them first thing this morning, including a reconnect fee…this entire situation would have been avoided if I would have been allowed to pay this bill when I called it to pay the bill two days ago.

I asked the gentleman turning my gas back on if his family was put in the same situation, would he be upset by it…and he said yes, of course he would have been upset…given that I had attempted to make the payment prior to shut off and was deliberately given misleading information by The City Of Buford’s Customer Service Agent, an Agent that is the face of The City Of Buford.

Customer service is vitally important to maintain customers, without it…you have no business doing business.

Now I am going to contact my local representatives and ask if there is anything they can do to break up this monopoly…because I also asked the gentleman turning my gas back on if the utilities in the area had been built up as suspected by all of the construction growth around me…and he said yes.

I know we, my neighborhood, should be treated fairly and offered a choice of utility services just like everyone around us.

Now I ask you…is what I dealt with in anyway shape or form Fair Treatment?...How would you have dealt with this if it was your family.

I believe in the Importance of Our Constitution, For and As a People.

I believe in the Rights my Founding Father's Gave My People, as a Citizen of The USA.

...I also believe that if we now own stock in these corporations, we also now own votes in these corporations...and those votes give US All a voice.

We have the Right to Expect Fair Treatment...we are paying to clean this mess up.

As a United People of The USA and a Citizen who pays taxes, that is your Right. And your votes by those who represent You
on Capitol Hill are how they determine what is taken care of.

Our Federal Government is giving out grants to companies and programs that are building our infrastructure and Future Energy Policy.

Personally I believe in supporting programs that are working toward clean energy...such as wind farms, and the development of solar energies, and movement away from fossil fuels that are hurting our common environment, and world by the wars fought in it's reality.

I also believe that we can farm salt from the oceans, an it the process reclaim water that can be used in area's of drought.

It makes sense, and is Supportive of my People.

Now, I also understand the impact of that on the Oceanic Environment, so it would be a limited process, and only used in times of great drought like when our local farmers need more than prayer to water their plants, or it could be used to put out wildfires, so that instead of just scooping up a bunch of water and everything else from the ocean, and impacting it that way...we need to be responsible for what we have.

I drive a Toyota that was made in Connecticut. I drive that car because it gives my family the flexibility it needs and is good on gas mileage.

I completely support the movements by Ford and GM to move more into the hybrid market.

The technology has been developed and tested for a long time...and we can stop funding the Very Terrorists who are hurting Our People, and have disrupted Our Common Lives, by the need for Our Nation to be involved in two wars, while the perpetrator of 9/11 still remains at large.

I believe in green construction for all new construction, because it is far easier to put it in to begin with than it is to refit it.

Everyone of us deserves a home that is affordable, safe, and healthy for our families, we also deserve products that are healthy and safe for our families, that are affordable...as long as we are working, we have that right.

I am tired of these property owners who make the rents so high that so many families are stuck in a survival mentality...that is not living People.

We deserve the Right to a salary that supports our families needs, and we deserve the Right to Education that supports Our ability to obtain that.

Every one of us who is working, deserves the right to Fair Medical Treatment and Care without the worry of bankrupting our Family if there is anything we need to be treated for, and to push people into social security so they become medical experiments by the Health and Legal community is wrong and is DOING HARM.

Making Prescription medicines financially unattainable is also DOING HARM.

Doctors take an OATH TO DO NO HARM.

Because a person has a handicap Does Not make them less of a Human Being, nor does it make it OK to hurt them by making it impossible for those people who have handicaps to obtain insurance for themselves or their families. We all have the Right to an insurance system that supports Our choice in how we are cared for, and that also supports Our common health.

By that I am including healthy food sources that support OUR Health, not just OUR sickness...however if we do get sick, we have the right to choose how we are cared for and by whom. We have the right to experimental treatments if that is what we choose...or NOT.

Someone needs to speak up...so I did. It's all common sense People.

We have The Right to Fair Treatment in Health Care.

We have The Right to Fair Treatment at Work.

We have The Right to Fair Treatment at Home.

We have the Right to Fair Treatment within our society by protection of services, such as Police, Fire/Emergency, and Protection of Our Common Borders

I am just so tired of the corruption...the mudslinging, and the ignorance.

Education is important, because Our Children deserve that...and anyone of you who is a parent get's that....so affordable after school programs/and early education that encourage creativity and play, are absolutely neccessary to our Society on a Whole. ...and every Citizen's Family deserves that.

You are All worthy of fair and honest wages, coupled with benefits that support you and your family in a comfortable and attainable lifestyle according to the work you do...if you choose not to work, than of course you don't get paid, which means you can't support your life.

It is not my responsibility or the responsibility of Our Government to take care of you.

As my work begins to sell I am committed to also support programs that are supporting my People who are working to manage their lives because of all that has been deliberately perpetrated against them by those who don't/refuse see the reality around them, and yet wield money and power, but deserve to be in JAIL.

The support I commit is by the works of my hands as I walk my Path and my art is sold, I am grateful for the 1st amendment...

...because in Other Nation's on this World...I would be killed for merely opening my mouth, and uttering most of the statements I make.

I make these statements because I know them to be true to my heart, through my Understanding of God, and my understanding of my Rights as a Citizen of The USA.

I have the Right to say, as a small business owner who is supported by her Families love, while I build my business, that I know if you invest in something, as an investor get a vote in how the company is run.

It seems to me that The American People are speaking and asking for some Rights...

I believe our Government needs to see that, and How It Is Right in the Eyes Of The World....given what we preach as Soldiers, Doctors, Artists, or any other level of Professionalism we are proclaiming.

...and I also believe these Truths The Right In The Eyes Of God, or Non-God, Many Gods, created by One, whatever works for you.

This needs to be fixed People...we now finally have a voice...because the amount of zero's behind the top number to cover this plan is insane...

You have let them give away your jobs...someone has to buckle down and fix this mess, and make it Fair to YOU, because You are paying for it...You better start working for it too.

...and in my opinion they want to beat us some more, because the Talk of Division is The Hot News, give me a break, Wake UP...and take a good hard look around you...

The lack of Respect for that all that we have in Rights alone while young men and women die for my right to say this...Take stock in your Nation, and Respect what it stands for...because if you don't it will be gone.

Our Constitution is more important than any other document, because it guarantees citizens of the USA these Rights....

In my opinion, we need an Amendment to oversee this bailout since several generations will be paying for it.

So Do You Understand Me Now?

If someone has or is trying to change the Foundation of Our Constitution, then they need to go to JAIL...and no passing Go and collecting $200...and that includes all of the Executive Bonuses paid out to the morons who put US All in this mess.

We now for real hold stock in this Nation that our forefather's blessed us with, and this is how we respect that, those of you who put us in this place...Karma is an amazing thing.
